Venture Forward opens the doors to organisations with experiences worth sharing. Small groups of leaders go inside the organisation, meet the people behind its progress and explore the decisions, challenges and experiences that shaped it.
These aren't corporate tours. Each experience is carefully designed and facilitated. We help participants ask better questions, challenge what they see, reflect on different approaches and connect the experience back to their own leadership. We aren't searching for perfect organisations or formulas to copy.
One experience might reinforce something you already believe. Another might challenge it completely.
